ROOM SERVICE

Room Service is available from 6.30 AM to 9.30 AM and guests can select a range of dishes from our extensive Room Service menu available in every room. This service is available for an extra charge

ADDITIONAL ITEMS

Mindful of the potential requirements of our guests while on holiday, we stock extra pillows, Baby Cots, mosquito nets, adaptors & multi sockets, all of which are available free of charge and can be requested from Housekeeping.

DOCTOR ON CALL

A Doctor on Call is available for consultation and medical emergencies through the day and night. Residents will need to call the reception and request for the doctor. This service is charged extra.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE

Our guests can officially exchange foreign currency such as USD, GBP, EURO, Japanese Yen etc and Travellers Cheques at the hotel by informing the reception.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

The housekeeping department offers a professional laundry service and at an extra charge. Guests will have to sign the laundry request form attached to the laundry bag, available in every room).

TAXI SERVICE

We can assist you to arrange for a taxi in the local area. Guests can call the reception staff for their travel arrangements.

WAKE-UP CALLS

Register your wake-up call by contacting the reception for no extra charge.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

We assist you to arrange airport transfers for a nominal charge. Valid for confirmed reservation, airport pick-up transfers, drop transfers or transfers both ways, which can be arranged prior to arrival or during stay.
